Bolt on more power with an Egan Performance “straight shot” muffler to your Stihl 462 chainsaw for an immediate increase in power and throttle response and a reduction of engine temperatures.

Made in the USA from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel, with USFS approved spark arrestor.

We now also offer the option of an add-on Straight Shot Deflector Extension. Please see the product description for additional information.

Upon installation, the saw will need recalibrated or carb will need retuned.

I'm a full time timber faller and I'm currently on my 21st year of straight full time falling timber and this is by far the best muffler I've had on any saw. Stihl 462! Shipped quickly, had to grind a smidge on the OEM muffler body but very easy. The saw runs great! I love that it it deflecting forward some instead of blowing straight over the bar cover. It’s loud, but my buddy says it’s easy to hear that it’s
