Bolt on more power with an Egan Performance “straight shot” muffler to your Stihl 461/044/440/046/460 chainsaw for an immediate increase in power and throttle response and a reduction of engine temperatures. Now with an integrated deflector extension!

Made in the USA from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel, with USFS approved spark arrestor. 

Upon installation, the saw will need recalibrated or carb will need retuned.

As a special note for this model, the bracket that holds the OEM fire screen needs trimmed or bent for proper fitment of the straight shot cover:Picture showing a screwdriver pointing to the fire screen that needs to be bent or trimmed

The sound and the power!!

I added this to my ported MS460 that already had a aftermarket duel port and let me tell you. This is what it was missing!! Gained Tleast another 5% over the other ported muffler and man this baby sounds amazing!!!

It rips

Remarkably easy installation- Egan’s the only guy man enough to post his dyno tests. Convinced my buddy who had a barkbox to toss it for the Egan. You can feel this thing in your gums, yet it’s not too loud or jarring to run all day. Runs great on racing saws and work saws alike. This strait shot is one of the best saw mods ever. Sounds like a royal minstrel to my ears.

All my saws have Egan.....

I started with the 261v3 pipe & was so impressed I did the straight shot for my 044 10mm saw & crazy good, then proceeded to get another for my 026 I rebuilt. All of them are of the best quality & built to last. No need to look anywhere else as they won't be as good as the Egan stuff. The fit, materials used & welds are as good as it gets.
