Upon installation, the saw will need recalibrated or carb will need retuned.

Had a bark box for a week and it was ok. My dad bought a 400 like me so I bought a straight shot and the Egan filter kit. Gave him my bark box and ordered him the air filter kit as well. completely different saw 10/10.
Quality part, fit perfect, and was easy to install. Made my 400 much more responsive. Must use hearing protection, saw is much louder, but sounds good!
This straight shot really woke up my ms362 along with my neighbor, lol. My saw tears through hardwood like never before. Amazing what this muffler cover did for my saw. My neighbor thought I had a big ol hot saw until he witnessed this marvelous mod. He now wants one for his saw but the wife thinks it’s too rowdy. This thing rocks. Very pleased. Thank you.
