Bolt on more power with an Egan Performance “straight shot” muffler to your Stihl 500 chainsaw for an immediate increase in power and throttle response and a reduction of engine temperatures. 

This straight shot now includes an integrated and welded deflector extension.  

We do still offer the optional add-on Straight Shot Deflector Extension for the prior version of this straight shot.  Please see the product description for additional information.

Made in the USA from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel, with USFS approved spark arrestor.

Upon installation, this saw will tune itself.

Egan exhaust for 500i

Saw runs amazing and sounds great . 5 stars on the product . However shipping service was horrible . USPS at fault 100%
Would recommen maybe trying other shipping services

Thank you for the feedback about your problems with USPS. I would encourage you to consider contacting USPS directly with your issues so that they can hopefully address the problem. We have looked at other options for shipping and unfortunately on our end USPS is the most reliable, and cost effective service. And, they are the only service local to us. All others require added fees to pick-up packages.
